The Association of Sponsoring the Chinese Literature Meets and Shares with the Leadership of the Continuing Education Department – HCMC Department of Education and Training
Collaborating to Organize Professional Training Classes for Chinese Language Teachers.
In response to the invitation from the Association of Sponsoring Chinese Literature, on the afternoon of September 30th, Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Thanh, Deputy Director of the Continuing Education Department – Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, The Continuing Education Department is the unit directly responsible for managing the professional activities of foreign language and IT centers in Ho Chi Minh City. The Continuing Education Department organizes annual professional training for language centers (in multiple languages).
Ms. Ly Kim Thy, Vice President in charge of education, and Mr. Lam Dai Phu, General Secretary, represented the Association and welcomed Mrs. Thanh.
Ms. Ly Kim Thy, Vice President in charge of education, introduced the development process and activities of the Association in recent times.
This included sharing activities that the Association has coordinated with the Chinese Language Teachers’ Club for many years, such as reward programs and teacher training.
Mrs. Thanh to attend the 35th Anniversary Celebration of the Association and to contribute a congratulatory message for the Association’s 35th Anniversary Yearbook. Mrs. Thanh accepted the invitation and will take time to write a congratulatory article for the Association’s yearbook.
Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Thanh expressed her pleasure at the support provided to the Association’s Chinese Language Centers, which contributes to the improvement of the quality of Chinese language education.
Ms. Ly Kim Thy also expressed the hope that by the end of this year, the Association could collaborate with the Continuing Education Department of the Department of Education to organize professional training classes for Chinese language teachers. During the meeting, this matter was discussed in detail with Mrs. Thanh to ensure the coordination for implementation in November this year.
